NST Hydrogen Technology

Hydrogen Production, Consuming Carbon

A clean energy source produced without power and without hazardous waste — a process that consumes carbon dioxide. 3 kg CO₂ + Water + Catalyst in Reactor = 1 kg Hydrogen.

Solid catalyst + CO₂ (reactant) + Water (any purity) = Hydrogen (100% pure)

  • Solid catalyst — can be used for multiple reaction cycles; cheap, abundant and non-toxic.
  • CO₂ absorption — additional income potential from selling CO₂ certificates.
  • Water — any purity is suitable: waste, rain, sea or river.
  • 100% H₂ — low-cost green hydrogen.

No energy-intensive electrolysers, resulting in low production costs. Process fully tested and certified by TÜV Nord. TÜV NORD Credentials

The process has no hazardous byproducts (no acids, no radiation, etc.). Disposal of the old reactant is simple and non-hazardous, without environmental risks.

Tested and certified by TÜV Nord (certification certificate available on application).

NST Hydrogen Technology is infinitely scalable. Plans for an industrial 75 kt p.a. facility are available.

Yes! We have two operational reactors for demonstration and review. A commercial-scale plant is under construction in Malaysia.

Commercial partners are invited to explore their business cases with us. For instance, proposed scenarios include:

  • Alternatives to carbon sequestration for industries like cement manufacturing, smelting and coal-fired power stations — turning a mandated environmental cost into an asset and source of revenue.
  • Hydrogen producers recognise significant cost reductions by removing the necessity for electrolysers (>50% savings).
  • Carbon capture and storage enterprises generate revenue from the carbon they capture.
